Inline mixer is applied to emulsify and disperse kinds of liquids continuously, transmits low viscosity material and mix powder and liquid. It is widely used in the field of Daily, Beverage, food, Pharmacy, Chemical industry etc.

Work process:
has similar work theory with high shear batch emulsifier, which the rotor and stator work together to generate strong shearing power during speedy running to realize mixing, smashing and emulsion. Inline mixer could also be fixed on pipeline to do continuous work. The standard components are pump chamber, rotor and stator.
Features :
A fine high shear In-Line mixer doesn't simply mix. It emulsifies, homogenises, suspends, disperses and disintegrates solids. Each mixer, with its precision-engineered rotor stator work head, far outperforms conventional mixers, cutting processing times by up to 80%, improving quality, product consistency and process efficiency.

No Bypassing
Product cannot bypass the precision rotor/stator workhead.
Interchangeable Work heads
Single stage rotor/stator configurations workheads as standard. For those applications that require greater shear, interchangeable multistage configurations workheard can be used. there are three stages rotor/stators available.
Materials of Construction
It can be SS304, SS316 and SS316L.
Motor Specification
Standard and explosion proof motors (Siemens ,ABB etc) are available as standard.
Inlet and Outlet Connections
All sanitary screw or flange fittings available on request (e.g. ISS, D/N, RJT, SMS, Tri-clamp, etc.).
Sealing
Single mechanical shaft seals available as standard.
Cleaning
All In-Line mixers are designed for cleaning in place (CIP and SIP).
